The apartment was incredibly spacious, perfect for our family with kids. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the air-conditioning worked efficiently. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro system and only a short distance from major attractions like the Colosseum. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who spoke English well and provided assistance over the phone.

That the breakfast provided was only sufficient for small eaters, so if you have a bigger appetite, you may need to supplement it. it would have been more convenient if the manageress in charge of the accommodation spoke English, but her services were still efficient despite the language barrier.

We had a mini-honeymoon in July 2011, when the Townhouse Filiberto had been open only for 3 months. I could not find any critics regarding the hotel, but we took the risk and decided to give it a try. And I am glad we did - as the place was beoynd our dreams! First, the location: walking distance from the central station and to the Colosseum. Secondly, the service was just excellent. We had our room ready immediately on our arrival, after mid-day. Breakfast was served to our bed. And the room: beautiful design, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and more (like Nespresso coffee machine and a computer free for use). We felt like a queen and king! And to finish, special thanks to the two ladies who run the place, they were real professionals and lot of fun. We wish them all the good luck with this wonderful place and hope to back there soon!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to a beautiful city in Italy. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. The prices were really affordable, making it perfect for travelers on a budget. The location was another major advantage as it was conveniently situated between two metro stops, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities one would need, including a private bathroom that was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great start to the day, with a good selection of food to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We loved the stay at the Townhouse. The atmosphere, the rooms, everything was excellent and perfect, but especially the owners and their openess as well as their advices where to go to eat from fish - to best pizza places..one of the things that surely describes the whole atmosphere was the post-it at our room once we came back from the city, it stated: "Dear guests, just in case you will not show up again for the breakfast - milk and fruits are in your fridge" :))) Tomas & Karin.

The B&B is conveniently located in the center of Rome, with easy access to the Manzoni metro station and other means of transportation. the rooms are described as large and very clean, with amenities such as air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. the customer service is reported to be friendly and helpful, with the owner even arranging a taxi for one guest. Breakfast is served in the room and consists of a choice of tea or coffee, a warm croissant, French toast, and orange juice.

The noise from the nearby train station and parking lot can be disruptive, especially during the day when guests might want to take a nap or relax in the room.

Excellent brand-new facilites (opened around April 2011) with spacious rooms that were far larger than expected. We will definitely use this hotel again the next time we're in Rome. The staff was very kind and helpful in all aspects.

Frendliness and willingness to help from local staff. Newly reconstructred room. Very clean. Very good location 3 mins from Metro. Quite room. Free wifi internet worked perfect. Very good experience. Happy to come back & recommend.

I just missed sampoon and dental stuff for the 1st night. But when I asked I immediately got it. The room was slightly smaller, but enough for sleeping. No other complains.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated just next to the Manzoni metro station, making it convenient for getting around the city. The staff are friendly and provide great service, with excellent English spoken. The rooms with private bathrooms are clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily.

No aspect that needs improvement, everything was great.

I Loved it . We didn't know what to expect from the way the elevator looked us in the eye. But as i have lived in spain and I have seen these elevators it was nice to see how they keep them up to perfect working conditions. Then once upstairs it was lovely and great inside, all new and a nice smiling face on Sabrina. She was very helpful. I love the location of this hotel as there is a metro stop right outside and a supermarket nearby and the sites a 10 min. walk away. We would stay there again for sure.

From the moment we arrived Sabrina and Katia made our 5 night trip to Roma a very special experience indeed. They were delightful in every way and gave us lots of useful information on nearby restaurants, laundry services and tips on how to get the most out of our Roman adventure. We followed the list they provided on restaurant recommendations and were amazed at the quality of each establishment recommended and also surprised they were not expensive. For the international traveler who is interested in a modern, stylish accommodation with wifi, computers in each room, air conditioning, house keeping each day and a continental breakfast, this is the place for you. The ladies are only too happy to oblige in any way and we would recommend At Home Townhouse in an instant! Joseph & Jim, Sydney Australia

The rooms are cosy in size and lift access is a small lift that fits two people to the fourth floor but this was no problem for us at all. Rome is a city for exploring not to be inside a hotel all day. This was the perfect accommodation for our stay in Rome.

Great value for money. Excellent location within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. Complimentary breakfast provided.

The room was quite basic and lacked amenities such as a fridge and TV. the size of the room was small for two people.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at AT Home Townhouse Filiberto. It was very clean, staff extremely friendly and our children were very welcome. Rooms were excellent - computers and wifi and ipod docking station. Almost brand new and good size. All very modern and stylish. The minibar had reasonable prices. It's a very personal place and it felt like at home. :) Breakfast was more than you expect in Rome, it was very good. Perfect walking distance to Colosseum and Termini is 10-15 minutes walking too. Easy to find.

If I went alone I wouldn't feel comfortable staying in a place where there isn't staff 24-7. The place feels safe and nice but if I were alone (female) I'd feel a bit different I think.
